Sleeps 2–6 is $599/month, 8–10 guests is $699/month, and 12–14 guests is $799/month per listing (odd guest count? you round up to the next tier). A private pool or hot tub adds $50/month for the extra vendor coordination. Properties sleeping 16+ or multi-unit setups get a custom flat rate confirmed within one business day. Discounts are available for owners with two or more properties.
